Even though Foals won't release the follow-up to Total Life Forever until early 2013, they checked in at NME recently with a progress update. Yannis Philippakis called one track "unashamedly funk" and talked about the death of the "indie disco [stuff]". Color us intrigued. [nme.com]

Atoms For Peace Debut Default

As reported nearly three years ago, Thom Yorke and the likes of Joey Waronker, Mauro Refosco, Flea and producer Nigel Godrich have formed the side project Atoms For Peace.
